I think that Giordana's HC50s are one of the best bib shorts in their range of quality riding shorts because they offer such good value.

The Lycra leg panels offer compression that feels tight initially but goes unnoticed once pedalling. This in turn offers good muscle support and is designed to help to reduce fatigue by increasing blood flow.

The legs sit well and are also held in place by a soft 7.5cm silicone leg grippers. The inner leg and seat panels use Giordana's Zaffiro 2.0 textured anti-abrasion Lycra that helps to increase longevity.

Inside, the multi-layer Cirro OmniForm chamois was a winner from the first ride and sat comfortably however long I was in the saddle.

These Italian made shorts deliver a superb fit, especially with the wide strapped airy upper bibs, to provide a classy and supportive ride.

Add good looks and these great riding and hard wearing shorts are punching well above their price tag.
